Souper Bags are recommended for kettle cook/tumble chill operations where extended shelf life and durable, high barrier food packaging is required.
Souper Bags are excellent for packaging hot or cold, fresh, frozen or cooked foods such as soups, sauces, stews, chili or salad dressings.
Our high barrier Souper Bags are made of 4.5 mil thick, coextruded, multi-layered Nylon / Polyethylene.

Meat Bags
Our premium quality Meat Bags are recommended for cooking and chilling of vacuum packaged foods, such as meats, vegetables, rice, etc. in a cook chill tank.
This specially formulated film material helps to increase shelf-life and product yield. Low temperature, water-bath cook tank cooking increases the tenderness of meats and retains the natural juices and flavor.
Meat Bags are made of 2.5 mil thick, coextruded, multi-layered Nylon / Polyethylene material.
Mechanically Operated Clipper
This manual, hand operated table type clipper is ideal for sealing a wide variety of casings, cook chill bags and netting.
It applies a strong, secure crossover clip closure that will not slip. It's simple and easy to operate and no power source is required.
The clipper comes with a mounting bracket and can be horizontally mounted to an existing table or stand. This clipper is for use with Z-411 Tipper Tie clips.
